Western Union - one of the best films ever, an absolute masterpiece. If the watcher does not like Drama type of movies, he will watch the whole movie and have great fun. The movie is an extraordinary piece of the moviemaking top class. Western Union has a reputation of one of the best films of all time. Director made a lot of good work with brilliant writing and amazing cinematography. It is proof of that - a movie to be very good need spectacular special effects - just made of great acting. I loved Western Union from the first sight. Is Western Union the best film of all time? I would put it in my top 5 for sure. This movie is an art, at it's very best form.

Engineer Edward Creighton (Dean Jagger) is part of a vast enterprise: stringing a telegraph line across America. When he leads the construction of the Western Union to unite East with West, he hires a Western reformed outlaw and a tenderfoot Eastern surveyor.
