The Game of Their Lives has a reputation of one of the best films of all time. Director once again delivered us great piece of art. It is proof of that - a movie to be very good need spectacular special effects - just made of great acting. The Game of Their Lives will be forever living movie. No matter how many years passed and no matter how many times you saw it. The Game of Their Lives will live with the next generations of men, I'm certain of that. It is one of the few movies of the past years that really deserve to be seen multiple times.

Based on a true story, this film tells the tale of the U.S. soccer team (Gerard Butler, Wes Bentley, Jay Rodan) who are heavy underdogs as they prepare to play the British squad in a 1950 World Cup preliminary game.
