When a film makes all of its scenes so influential that you don't want to pick your favorites, you know it is just a great movie. Is The El Duce Tapes the best film of all time? I would put it in my top 5 for sure. The El Duce Tapes is a living masterpiece. This movie is an art, at it's very best form.
