Quito 2023 has a reputation of one of the best films of all time. Director once again delivered us great piece of art. It is proof of that - a movie to be very good need spectacular special effects - just made of great acting. Quito 2023 will be forever living movie. No matter how many years passed and no matter how many times you saw it. Quito 2023 will live with the next generations of men, I'm certain of that. It is one of the few movies of the past years that really deserve to be seen multiple times.

The film focuses on the Ecuadorian capital, some years from now, when Ponce, a military dictator, walls the city. A group of young revolutionaries want to gain control and are ready to strike, but one of their leaders is not so sure that they understand what they are really doing.
